Founded in 1979, Jiangsu Sainty Corp., Ltd., engages mainly in the export and
import of garments, textiles and other products. After many years¡¯
development, now there are 20-plus factories and daughter companies
wholly-owned or majority-owned by the company. It has set up a rather
consummate international marketing web with a group of stable clients, and her
export trade extends up to a hundred of countries and regions. As a modern
enterprise combining trade with industry and technology, her business covers
such fields as international and domestic trade, finance, design,
manufacturing, storage and freight forwarding. Since listed in Shanghai Stock
Exchange in September 2000, by relying on our outstanding achievements, we have
become a promising company followed with great interest by public investors. In
2003, our import/export turnover reached USD558 million. There are the export
value exceeded USD500 million and the import value USD58 million.
For three years in succession, the company ranked first in the evaluation move
of foreign trade enterprise comprehensive actual strength of Jiangsu Province.
And it was awarded such titles as ¡°National Foreign Trade Outstanding
Enterprise in the Modernization ¡± and ¡°National Foreign Trade Outstanding
Enterprise in Quality and Efficiency¡±, also was awarded ¡°The 2001¡¯s special
prize of National Foreign Trade Outstanding Enterprise in Quality and
Efficiency¡± by MOFTEC. In 2002, we have been assessed and registered as
meeting the requirements of ISO 9001 by SGS United Kingdom Ltd.

over ten excellent production enterprises such as high and medium quality suit
production bases, large-scale windcheater and jackets production bases. The
variety covers suits and trousers, shirts, windcheaters, jackets, and all kinds
of casual clothes, full-cotton wrinkle-free clothes, and washed garments etc.
